A February Morning
The frost was in splendid colours
on the window pane today;
Dazzling in the sunlight in a most-spectacular way.
Brilliant, diamond-like icicles
hung - long and tapered, too;
A winter morning you stare, in awe, at what Mother Nature can
do.
The snow I shovelled makes a mountain
ridge - so beautiful and white;
A Canadian winter canvas that is a wondrous and calming sight.
So blessed are we to have such
beauty - no Rembrandt could replace
This priceless artwork done by God with so much love and grace.
